Refund Policy

NBK All-Risk Solutions, LLC DUI, Drivers Education and Defensive Driving refund policy adheres to the terms and conditions under its licensure and certifications with the Georgia Department of Driver Services. Refund policy is specified in the written contract that all students must execute before any student may attend class. Payment does not establish an official contract between NBK All-Risk Solutions, LLC, and the student. Customers may request a refund any time prior to signing the contract. After signing the contract, no refunds will be issued. Transfer of Assessments are permissible under certain circumstances. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information during registration for courses. When registering via our website, where applicable, you may be asked to enter information such as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, social security number and/or Driver’s License/ID card. All attempts are made to ensure the safety and security of personal information. Private financial information is not maintained in office for more than 60 days. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer personal information to anyone outside of trusted third parties who assist in delivering services with the agreement to keep customer information confidential. Personal information is not provided to third parties without customer consent.

Terms and Conditions

NBK All-Risk Solutions, LLC is not responsible for items left unsupervised in your vehicles or classroom. It is the customers responsibility to always maintain custody of personal items.

Customers agree to our website privacy policy during utilization of the website. Any changes to privacy policy will be updated, as applicable, on the website.
